Pet Boarding Terms & Conditions
- All dogs staying with us need up to date vaccinations
- Kennel cough vaccine is highly recommended.
- They also need up to date flea and worm treatment.
- Dogs over 6 months must be neutered.
Booking Cancellation Policy
We are more than happy to offer a full refund if cancelled before noon, 7 days before the booking. Late cancellations will receive a 50% refund.
Doggy day care and dog walks always have flexible cancellation policy:
- Full refund if cancelled before noon one day before the booking
- 50% refund afterwards.
- No refund is possible after the booking has started.
